Below is snapshot of Session toolbar. It is dedicated
mostly for Work space related features.
Move
file up
Moves selected files up in the list.
Move
file down
Moves selected files down in the list.
Remove
file
Removes selected file items from the list.
Pin
Marks file icons with a pin or question mark for
visual distinction.
This dialog box appears, when you click on the Pin button.
You can perform two tasks here:
Mark
by: This sets the icon of the selected files to what you pick here.
Select
by: This selects the files by icon, extension or filename. This
is convenient when you need to select a group of files out of a large
list.
In Select
by file name edit field you can virtually enter any text, not necessarily
on extensions.
Make same Host
Displays a dialog box using which one can change the
File Attributes of selected items to those of destination
item. See Comment 2 on Example 6.
Here are the steps:
(a) Select files
A, B and C;
(b) click on this
button;
(c) click on file
X.
Files A, B and C are now mapped to same host as file
X.
Diff
and merge
Opens toolbox to perform various types of diffs and
merge. (See Example 19).
Make
report
Opens toolbox to create report about selected files
and baskets. (See Example 8).
Rename
Multiple Files
Opens toolbox to rename or duplicate a set of files
(See Example 12). Ideal to rename
your digital camera files.
